NEW DELHI — In a major political showdown, Delhi Police detained Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra today. The leaders were spearheading a massive, unannounced protest right outside the Prime Minister’s residence.

Rahul Gandhi detained: The opposition leaders gathered with hundreds of party workers to demand accountability. They actively raised voices against recent national exam paper leaks. Furthermore, they fiercely condemned the police crackdown on peaceful student demonstrators.
